Hallsenna Associates Ltd (HAL) is a niche project delivery specialist company, who provide fast track delivery expertise to leading built environment organisations in the UK, Middle East and Africa. Key staff have had roles at all levels in programs ranging from small projects to mega-programs including Mining expansion projects, the Jeddah Stormwater Drainage Program, the LUL Station Modernisation & Enhancements Program, London 2012, Kings Cross Station, Palm Jumeirah, Saadiyat Island Cultural District, Wembley Regeneration and others.  Our particular focus is on construction delivery and creating and implementing strategies to ensure minimal risk and maximum delivery success for the Client. Experienced as Main Contractor, Consultant and Clients, our staff utilise this experience in all of their roles.

We have key experience in the creation and implementation of Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Management Plans and in addition, have been responsible for creating Project Execution Plans, Construction Management Plans, Program Management Plans and Procurement Strategies on a project/program specific basis. One of our key skillsets is our ability to work with project stakeholders and teams to ensure commercial and delivery success to aggressive schedules. Within this wider experience the management of risk and performance/productivity deliverables are two of our core skills.

One of our particular strengths lies in our ability to resolve project issues relating to schedule and cost. Our key staff have led a number of projects delivering heavy civil infrastructure works including the Jeddah Stormwater Drainage Program, Manarat Al Saadiyat, Al Rawdha Palace and the Crescent Infrastructure Program on Palm Jumeirah. In the last seven years HAL staff  have demonstrated the successful delivery of diverse projects to the approximate value of $850million.
